Canadian customers now have a closer, simpler way to access trusted calibration services for eligible DILO analyzers. In-Gas Direct and DILO have opened a new DILO calibration lab in Quebec. The facility allows Canadian customers to keep their eligible analyzers in Canada throughout the calibration process, eliminating the need to ship them across the Canada–United States border.
Calibration services at the new lab are performed by In-Gas Direct service technicians who are certified and trained by DILO.
Previously, sending an analyzer outside Canada could introduce additional steps and uncertainty into the calibration process. Cross-border shipments can involve customs documentation, brokerage coordination, additional expenses, and delays that are difficult to predict. The new Quebec lab removes these obstacles for eligible DILO analyzers.
Canadian customers can now benefit from:
Domestic shipping within Canada
No cross-border customs paperwork
No brokerage delays associated with sending equipment to the United States
Fewer potential cross-border fees and complications
Faster, more predictable turnaround
Service from DILO-certified and trained In-Gas Direct technicians
An established DILO calibration process delivered closer to home
The analyzer remains in Canada from shipment through return, creating a simpler and more efficient experience for utilities and other organizations that depend on accurate gas measurements.
The new Quebec facility is a DILO calibration lab, with calibration services performed by In-Gas Direct’s Canadian service technicians. Each technician performing calibration work has completed DILO training and certification. This gives customers confidence that their equipment is being handled by professionals who understand DILO analyzers and the standards required to evaluate their performance.
Professional calibration helps verify measurement accuracy, identify equipment issues, and support reliable analyzer performance. It also provides an opportunity to address developing concerns before they lead to inaccurate readings, unexpected downtime, or more extensive repairs.
Opening a calibration lab in Canada is an important expansion of In-Gas Direct’s service capabilities. More importantly, it responds to a practical customer need by making essential analyzer service easier to access.
By bringing DILO calibration closer to Canadian customers, In-Gas Direct can provide a shorter and more direct service path while maintaining the expertise and standards customers expect from DILO.
The same certified process. The same commitment to accuracy. Just a shorter, simpler path to get there.
Canadian customers can now contact In-Gas Direct to confirm equipment eligibility and schedule calibration through the new Quebec lab.
