Portland, OR — January 26, 2026 — In-Gas Direct today confirmed that a catastrophic fire incident occurred at its Northwest facility in Portland, Oregon, in the early morning hours of January 24, 2026, resulting in a total loss of the building. Several neighboring businesses were also impacted by the fire.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and remains under investigation by the appropriate authorities. No injuries were reported.
The Portland facility also housed the DILO Company, Inc. analyzer calibration laboratory. In-Gas Direct and DILO are actively coordinating with local authorities, insurance partners, and the DILO factory in Germany to assess the full impact of the loss and determine next steps for customers.
